First, let’s talk about the Charging Case. Its oval-shaped and compact charging case is silky smooth on the front, while its flatten back allows it to sit easily on a flat surface. The charging case is designed to fit neatly into your palm, neither too small that it might be dropped, nor too large that it might feel bulky, resulting in a feeling of security and control when you’re holding it. The outer surface is glossy and prone to fingerprint smudge. The FreeBuds 4i is avaiable in three colourways: Ceramic White, Carbon Black and Red.
You can see the Huawei Branding in front of the case and the LED indicator. The LED indicator has 2 functions: when you need to charge it and for pairing mode. The right side is where you can find the pairing button. The bottom houses the USB Type-C for charging.

The stems of each earbud are touch sensitive and the usual tap, double-tap and touch and hold work. Touch and hold turns on and turns off the Noise Cancellation while tapping it once plays and pauses the current media playing.
Battery and Performace:
The Huawei FreeBuds 4i inherits the premium battery life of the Huawei FreeBuds Family. It sports a large battery with high-energy density within its compact body. Each bud has 55mAh batteries while the charging case has 215 mAh battery. According to Huawei, when ANC is turned off, the FreeBuds 4i can offer up to 10 hours of playback and 6.5 hours of voice call on a full-charge. Together with the charging case, it could achieve 22 hours of music playback or 14 hours of voice call. It also supports quick charge feature.
Inside its compact body is a 10mm large dynamic driver that enables a wider range of amplitudes for stronger bass
sounds. The separate rear chamber design also ensures consistency in sound effects and comfortable listening for the user.
HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i supports proximity Bluetooth pairing. When the earphone is pairing with a new device, a pop-up window7 will be automatically displayed on the device’s screen and the user can click to complete the pairing. There is no need to find the earphone in Bluetooth settings, saving the user time and effort. When using the same device for pairing in the future, users can quickly reconnect and see the battery status, so they can enjoy a wonderful world of music instantly.
