Recently, I witnessed the grand opening of Timezone in Ayala Malls Vertis North. It was attended by game enthusiasts, bloggers like me and cosplayers. It seems like everyone was already looking forward for the opening.
Not known to many, I love playing video games. It’s actually my favorite past time whenever I’m bored (not really, haha!) or when I’m stressed out. I remember during my high school days, I always visit the Timezone in Glorietta 2 because it’s near my house.
Timezone pioneered the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) concept in the Asia Pacific Region with its locations in Australia, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore. As a matter of fact, its the best destination for families and friends seeking entertainment through interactive game play, ultimate bonding experience and wholesome fun.
Timezone has been up to date to latest innovations through its Powercard System that allows customers to play games, store electronic prize tickets and check their balances at the swipe of a card. I remember before when I acquire a tickets I used to store in at home until I can able to exchange it with the item I wanted.
One of my favorite games in Timezone is of course the Tekken! Timezone acquired the exclusive rights of games even the Tekken 7 after it was released here in the Philippines.
I thought I will just stay for an hour during the launch because I haven’t pack my bags yet for our out of town the following day. Well I was wrong, I stayed for 4 hours in Timezone not even realizing that span of time until my boyfriend called me.
As Timezone opens its newest store at Ayala Malls Vertis North, they introduced the Highway 66, a state of the art mini-bowling equipped with an on-lane mini bowling entertainment that will take FUN ENTERTAINMENT at Timezone to the next level.
It’s actually good to know that I still love and missed playing at Timezone. I will see to it that from time to time, I’ll visit it just like during my highschool days.
